From the North (MA 1 S)
Take Route 1 South. Exit at Chelsea/Carter Street. Take a right at the stop sign. Take a left at the lights onto Everett Ave. Take a right onto Spruce St. at the next set of lights at the major intersection where Market Basket and Burger King are on your right. Follow the road straight through 2 sets of lights until you see a sign that says “Admiral’s Hill.” Continue through the light and turn left onto Captains Row, then take your first left into the parking lot. The Cohen-Florence-Levine Estates (and the entrance to Florence & Chafetz Memory Care) is the first brick building in the front at 201 Captains Row. The Leonard Florence Center for Living is the 6-story tall building at the end of the circle driveway at 165 Captains Row. Parking in the lot is available for residents, families and visitors. Limited Mobility/HC Parking is available near all entrances and in between buildings.

From the South (MA 1 N)
Take Route 1 North. Take the first exit off the Tobin Bridge (Beacon St). At the bottom of the ramp, make a left U turn through the gate, which will take you back under the Tobin Bridge. This is the entrance to Admiral’s Hill. Take the first right onto Captains Row. Follow to the end and take the last right turn into the parking lot. The Cohen-Florence-Levine Estates (and the entrance to Florence & Chafetz Memory Care) is the first brick building in the front at 201 Captains Row. Take Route 1 South. Exit for Route 16 West/Revere Beach Pkwy toward Everett/Somerville. Continue onto Route 16 West/Revere Beach Pkwy. Turn left onto Washington Ave. Turn left onto Jefferson Ave. Turn right onto Franklin Ave. Turn left onto Warren Ave. Turn right onto Lafayette Ave. The building is nestled into the hill on the left side of the street. On-street parking is available for free. Just be mindful of street sweeping days! Limited Mobility/HC Parking is located in the garage.

Coming from the South (MA 1 N)
Take Route 1 North. Exit at Carter Street and turn right at the stop sign onto Webster Ave. Make a sharp right turn onto Summit Ave. just past the entrance to Home Depot on your left. Continue up and then down Summit Ave, making a sharp left turn onto Lafayette Ave. The building is nestled into the hill on the left side of the street. On-street parking is available for free. Just be mindful of street sweeping days! Limited Mobility/HC Parking is located in the garage.

Coming from the North (MA 128 S)
Take Route 128 South. Exit 28 for Centennial Park. As you get off the exit, bear right onto Centennial Drive. Continue to the end and take a left onto First Avenue. At the next light, go left onto Lynnfield Street. Harriett and Ralph Kaplan Estates will be on your right soon after you turn. The first building is the Estates at Woodbridge, the second is Legacy at Woodbridge and the farthest building is Kaplan at Waldfogel. Nestled inside Waldfogel are the Geriatric Care Management and Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Health Center. Two-tiered parking is available on-site, with ample Limited Mobility/HC parking spots and loading zones.

Coming from the South (MA 128N)
Take Route 128 North. Exit 44B and bear right toward Route 129. Yield into the Rotary and follow it halfway around, take the second exit for Salem Street/Peabody (This becomes Lynnfield Street). Continue 1 mile. Harriett and Ralph Kaplan Estates is on your right just after the lights at the entrance to Centennial Park. The first building is the Estates at Woodbridge, the second is Legacy at Woodbridge and the farthest building is Kaplan at Waldfogel. Coming from Boston (MA 1 N)
Take Route 1 North. Exit for 129 East. Yield into the Rotary and take the second exit for Salem Street/Peabody (This becomes Lynnfield Street). Continue one mile. Coming from Swampscott/Marblehead (MA 107 N)
Take Route 107 North (Highland Avenue, Salem) toward downtown Salem. When you get to the Monument (in the middle of the street), take a left onto Main Street, Peabody. Go to the center of Peabody (the court house will be in front of you), and take a left onto Foster Street. At the light, bear right onto Washington Street. Continue until you come to a fork in the road with a Sunoco Station in the center. Bear right (this is now Lynnfield Street). Continue 1.5 miles through a set of lights (Holden Oil/Mobil on your right). Watch for the large Harriett and Ralph Kaplan Estates sign on your left. If you reach the back entrance to Centennial Park (set of lights), you have gone too far! The first building is the Estates at Woodbridge, the second is Legacy at Woodbridge and the farthest building is Aviv at Waldfogel. Nestled inside Waldfogel are the Geriatric Care Management and Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Health Center. Two-tiered parking is available on-site, with ample Limited Mobility/HC parking spots and loading zones.

Take Route 16 East/Revere Beach Pkwy. Turn right onto Revere Beach Pkwy/Winthrop Ave. Continue to follow Revere Beach Pkwy. Slight left to stay on Revere Beach Pkwy. Slight right onto Route 145 South. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Route 145 South/Winthrop Pkwy. Continue to follow Route 145 South. When you come upon the ocean, there will be a fork in the road- keep all the way right and continue onto Veterans Rd. The building is on the left across from the Golf Course, next to Temple Tifereth Israel. Parking is available on Veterans Road.

From East Boston (MA 1A N)
Take Route 1A North. Turn right onto Addison St. Turn left onto Saratoga St. At the traffic circle, take the first exit and stay on Saratoga St. Continue onto Main St. Slight left onto Revere St. Turn right onto Shirley St. Turn right onto Veterans Rd. The building is on the left across from the Golf Course, next to Temple Tifereth Israel. Parking is available on Veterans Road.
